Marsha! Marsha! Marsha!

Hey, do y’all keep in mind Andrea, who sent in the photo of the totally remarkable eyelet gown a while back? Yes? I understood you would. Well, she’s made a hysterically adorable 1970s gown now, as well as right here it is:

Isn’t it adorable? It’s from this pattern:

Andrea states it’s her “Marsha Brady” dress, which (as those of us who grew up in the 1970s will attest) is a great thing … sure, Jan was great, however it’s nice to be Marsha every when in a while. particularly in a huge-collared wrap dress!

(Also: Andrea sure understands exactly how to make the boots+dress work, doesn’t she?)

And in unrelated news, I’m hoping to run a contest for the wiki, to assist get us up to, say, 1000 patterns by the end of 2007. any type of ideas? I was believing about perhaps composing trick Lives for ten patterns selected at random (or the ten highest-rated, or the ten with the most links) from all those uploaded, as soon as we get to 1000.
